Article 1 (Acceptance of Terms)
By using ByeMails ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The Service provides the following features:
- Automatic detection of newsletters in Gmail
- One-click unsubscribe compliant with RFC 8058
- Unsubscribe history management
Article 3 (Account)
A Google account is required to use the Service. You are responsible for:
- Proper management of your account
- All activities conducted through your account
- Promptly reporting any unauthorized access
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
The following activities are prohibited:
- Fraudulent use or abuse of the Service
- Unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Activities that interfere with Service operations
- Mass access using automated tools
Article 5 (Fees and Payment)
Regarding paid plans:
- Prices are displayed in local currency and include applicable taxes
- Payments are securely processed through Stripe
- Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime (access continues until the end of the billing period)
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The Service is provided "as is." Success of unsubscribe processing depends on each email sender's compliance, and we do not guarantee successful unsubscription from all newsletters.
For newsletters not compliant with RFC 8058, unsubscribe may not be completed.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our liability is limited to the total amount of fees paid by the user.
Article 8 (Termination)
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts without prior notice if users violate these terms. We also reserve the right to terminate all or part of the Service with 30 days' notice.
Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
These Terms of Service may be changed as needed. We will notify you of significant changes through in-service notifications or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms of Service are governed by Japanese law, with the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive court of first instance.
